My Story
Hello, my name is Rocio Gonzalez and I am 30 years old. When I was young my mom learned how to bake cakes, and as time went on she started teaching me to bake. After a couple years, we started getting orders from family and friends because they really liked our baked goods. At first, it was just a side job, but as I started baking more I also started liking it, and really enjoying it. I started looking into culinary schools, and completely changed my major from Biology to Baking and Pastry Arts. I finally graduated this past May, and I couldn’t be happier. In this blog, I will share many recipes, decoration ideas, and what tools I use when I bake.
