Vanilla Cake Pops

The first cake pops I ever made were vanilla. It was actually kind of a fail. I made them using my cake pop pan, but I used cake box mix, and they were way too soft, and kept falling apart when I was trying to coat them with chocolate. To say the least, it took me a couple hours to finish a small amount of pops. After many failed attempts, I was determined to find a recipe that would make life a little easier, and I succeeded. You will not believe how easy it is to make them, and how easy they are to decorate. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did.

Ingredients:

All-purpose Flour

Sugar

Egg

Baking Powder

Butter

Vanilla Extract

Milk

Directions:

Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder in bowl.

Add egg, and vanilla extract.

Heat butter and milk in microwave for 30 seconds, separately.

Add milk to flour mixture, and whisk until well combined.

Lastly, add melted butter, and whisk until fully combined.

Grease pans.

Fill pastry bag with batter and fill each pan with batter.


Bake at 350 for 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool, and decorate as desired.
