Vanilla Cake Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c All-purpose Flour
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 c Milk

Instructions

  1. Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder in bowl.

  2. Add egg, and vanilla extract.

  3. Heat butter and milk separately in microwave for 30 seconds.

  4. Add milk to flour mixture and whisk until well combined.

  5. Add melted butter, and whisk until fully combined.

  6. Grease cake pop pan.

  7. Fill pastry bag with batter, and fill cake pop pan.

  8. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  9. Let cool completely and decorate as desired.
