Make Box Cake Mix Taste Like Bakery

When people make a cake that comes in a box it is assumed that person doesn’t know how to bake because it doesn’t taste as good as if it came from a bakery. Well, I’m here to tell you that its not necessarily true. Of course, cakes made from scratch taste better, but you can make a box cake taste just as good. When I’m pressed for time I like to make cake from a box cake mix, and I don’t get any complaints about the taste. It still tastes fresh and delicious just like any cake you would order froma bakery. My favorite brand is Betty Crocker because I think it’s better quality than other brands. Instructions:

Use any flavor Betty Crocker cake mix

Sift the mix into the bowl

Add water and oil as instructed

For eggs, it usually always says to add 3 eggs, but for better flavor I only add 2 eggs. By adding one less egg, it makes it fluffier, and it doesn’t give an eggy taste.

Once everything isadded to the bowl make sure to mix it with a whisk. This will create air to make your cake fluffy, and moist.
