Fudgy Cake Pops

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 3 TBSP Cocoa
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 c Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees

  2. Grease pan and set aside

  3. In medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter together until smooth

  4. Remove from heat and pour into medium bowl

  5. Add sugar and cocoa; mix until blended

  6. Add eggs, one at a time mixing after each addition

  7. Add flour and salt and mix well until blended

  8. Pipe batter into pan and bake for 15-18 minutes unto toothpick comes out clean

  9. Let cool and decorate as desired
