Whipped Frosting

This frosting is perfect for cakes, cupcakes, and as a filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Pastry Pride Whipped Topping (1 carton)
  • 1 tsp. Meringue Powder

Instructions

  1. Add thawed Pastry Pride Whipped Topping and meringue powder to a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix at medium speed for about 10-15 minutes or until medium peaks.
